Do not trust. Worst service provider and never responds to calls and five vague and irrelevant answers. I bought a Volta’s inverter 1’.5 tons AC from Crome in September and used it very rarely as it was winter. But it brokedown and I book 2 service calls still it is not fixed. Now the AC is with one of your third party service parters (TAWAKKAL Engineering Works Uppal Hyderabad) they won’t respond and your ASM Mr. Karthik has his own story to tell instead of resolving the problem. I purchased Voltas AC hoping I could get better service, the worst service experience I had in my life is with Voltas and I’m really sorry for myself for buying Voltas AC. I will not recommend any one to buy it and I’m not going to buy any Voltas product in future.
Very poor response it's been a week already no proper service Voltas shifts your complaint to this third party agency Which is of waste of time Worst management Saleem , Karthik everyone worst
