Pathetic service response from Hitachi Indore Service Centre! You put in a complaint, no one turns up for days. The phone number is perpetually busy. Have told all my friends and acquaintances not to touch Hitachi ACs if they want a peace of mind!!!

There is no service centre and when I call they didn't pick the call And after trying 10-15 calls when they pick the call she didn't respond properly and said that service is not available and don't call again and again worst services I recommend you don't buy any product of hitachi

Very poor services...i called to Hitachi customer care for servicing last 15 days but still not received any Services nd response....very disappointed....

I asked them about Hitachi ac showroom becoz google baba was not able to search Hitachi dealers they refused in very badly manners to me this is not the way to treat your would be customers
