They are the service providers for o general AC's but they have a thief mindset and poor technical team.. they even ask for money for visit even when the AC is in warrant.. Details: called them to fix an issue with my o general AC.. first they give all the false commitments on timelines secondly when they cam home for fixing they asked for a visit fee of 600 even though the AC was in warranty.. at last when I asked that cooling is not proper they said that the model is having issue we cannot fix this and closed the ticket by themself..

Mr. Premchand is highly knowledgeable and courteous—he patiently listened to all my queries and gave valuable insights that helped me choose the most suitable AC for my needs. His pleasing personality and genuine approach made the entire process very comfortable. They deal in multiple top brands like O’General, Daikin, and more. Even the staff is equally experienced and professional. The installation was done with utmost precision and care, which speaks volumes about their expertise. Staff has not good dealing, after purchasing of product, they applied hidden charges of installation (Installation charges of Company: 1250 inc. GST) except this charges. after in cutting charges, Gas checking charges etc. total charged approx. 4000 to 5000/- from customer. This firm has not given GST bill of installation, also not mentioned Guaranty/warranty. So, firm has not reliable. "Carrier" Company product is good but dealer "BAD" dut to their dealing(not pick up the Call, after sell the product) & their hidden charges.

Best place to buy carrier AC. Got a very good deal. The owner Mr. Premchand kumawat is a very humble person. Very good installation service provided by their team, although the installation engineer was very fussy but did the job very neatly.
