I contacted them regarding my geyser service and agreed for the 350 visit charge, but they never came, tried contacting them but they won't answer my calls. Not reliable.

Please don't take their services. They work like a cheater. I used their service for windows AC. After servicing I complaint that only fan is working and not cooling. I called them many times and they were assuring that they will come and resolve the issue. They never come back even after 15 days have lapsed. They don't pick even the phone and if they pick they only promise to come the same day. I strongly dislike their services and their false assurance.
