Worst services from reputed Company. 1month back we raised the complaint to DAIKIN air conditioner service center regarding the A/C circuit board issue. Complaint ticket Ref# VIJ2007202227052381. Simply They sent the technician and that technician took the A/C circuit board for further testing or repair. Still we didn’t receive the circuit board back from them. But technician said, its unable to repaired. Service dealers asking us to inform to the company from customer side. Which is very funny because they are the authorized service dealers they can highlight to company. But they cannot. Still we didn’t get the Response from the service dealers. Its a strange thing that reputed company have the worst service centers in Best cities like kakinada and rajahmundry.

Poor service levels my AC stopped working in OCT -2019,Still it is not resolved spent 20,000 n summer has passed away yet my problem is not solved,few company technicians came n said different reasons for not working.don't know to whom we have to trust or whom we have to believe.being in service industry few techinicians don't have etiquettes they don't respond or pick d phone calls.I m planning to put this before consumer court

Very worst service.no respect towards customers..don't buy Daikin..it's worth less and waste of money..

Location and shop are not at one place
