Completely unprofessional ! My packers and movers chose these people and I must say it was a mess ! Have no idea what they are doing and created a huge confusion in my flat. Wanted to go to apartment above, wanted to make holes in the walls (when the outlet was already there), said the copper pipe was hard and cannot be used and had to buy new ones (5000rs) - gas refill (1500) and finally ac installation charge (3000 for 2 ac. Finally the total amount was 9500 for 2 AC! Took one whole day and when they left, it was a mess in the flat - full of dirt, mud, leg marks / all over - on the walls, windows, floor everywhere ! Newly painted flat was completely ruined! If u want peace of mind - plz avoid them !

Very bad experience. Be very careful while dealing with this agency. Once they leave do not expect them to come back. The ac worked for few hours after the repair. They said they would send the bill on WhatsApp which they never did. Called them repeatedly, but they never come for a followup visit. Avoid at all costs

They are there to loot people. Trying to charge huge amount if we opt to fill gas (as if they are using GOLD to fill along with gas).. luckily I was standing with the technician while checking the gas level. They charge 350+ rupees per PSI (as mentioned by owner).I had to literally verb fight with him and then in a span of 5 minutes he has reduced 900 rupees.So if you are opting their service, clearly ask for gas filling price and always ask and understand gas level before the filling starts. Their technicians are really knowledgeable and it's their owner (so called) ruins the value of their company. Nobody will ever choose their service for the second time because looting is the only aim of their owner. They are charging 500 rupees for AC service and it doesn't include gas filling and that's where he's looting customers.. Please beware of this day light loot. And never ever prefer this company for AC repair
