WORST SERVICE IN KOCHI Worst service done by them..the technician came and did the normal service just by putting a bottle of water in the ac and said it will work smoothly for 2 months and also said if there is no cooling inform me and also took the money without paying the bill and left...after 2 days there was no cooling and sound started coming from the ac..as I called them,the lady at the office said technician will come and do the water service but they want additional money for that...then the technician disagreed by saying I didn't said to call me if there is any problem..since then it's been 2 weeks and no one came to see the problem...whenever I called at the office the lady refuses by saying technician can't come this week as he is having the other project..they didn't even call back for any update.. Still there is no cooling..they took the money without any shame and don't care about customer satisfaction...worst worst worst servicing in kochi... They take advantage of the situation and not at all responsible towards the customers.. The technician also is a liar and don't have value of words..he just smiles and don't know how to work...but when they want the payment they will ask without shame.. SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE.
