My air conditioner was continuously leaking gas. I got it done by a shopkeeper and then the gas would leak out. I was worried. Then I found the website of Nahur Enterprises on Google and they immediately sent technicians and I got well.technicians are very knowledgeable and very copretive well done nahur enterprises

They are not at all professional in work. Engg said we have multiple clients and a heavy workload so can not committee when issues get resolved. For shifting they charged me heavy amt and did a pathetic job. Voltas is a very trustworthy brand and as a service center they are spoiling their brand value.

I brought two voltas split AC from Vijay Sales. The installation guys were sent from / on behalf of Nahur enterprises. The installation guys took 7 hrs for the overall installation. However they charged me 7500 for the overall installation. And there is no GST invoice or bill receipt. When I asked to share with me the expenses, he said "bill khatam ho gaya hai" and wrote it down on a paper and split the amount to show the final as 7500. I'm attaching the hand written bill here. One of the installation guys was polite and did the job well. Another one was rude and unprofessional. Won't recommend anyone Nahur enterprises.

Second experience in Oct 2023: It continues to be utterly unprofessional, rude and fraudsters. They collect GST from customers and dont issue a tax invoice so that the amount goes unaccounted landing straight into their pockets. Pls be careful with these people and always ask for a GST invoice (with HSN/SAC code) for any payment. Reach out to customer support of Samsung, they are very helpful. I purchased couple of Samsung split AC from Flipkart. The installation was done on the same day. After installation, the technician said that he can't give me an invoice/receipt because the bill book khatam ho gya. I paid the charges in cash after they assured that they will bring me the bill next day. No one turned up next day. I complained to Samsung customer care. The girl from Nahur Enterprise was not willing to give GST invoice despite charging me for the same. Instead, she said bill book khatam ho gya ha hum apko TFR or something denge. I had to again reach out to customer care, they got the girl on a conference call and made her send me tax invoice same day. To my surprise, the technician had charged me extra INR 200 which he refunded me when he handed over the tax invoice. Being the only authorised dealer in Kalyan, there is no choice left for me. +++++++++++++++++++++++++ First experience in 2020 Nahur Enterprises is an authorised service centre of Voltas and hence my service request for split AC was assigned to them. The technician visited and said he will have to take the AC to the service centre and over there he can check the issues. He cannot dismantle or check the AC at my home. He asked us to pay Rs. 600+18% GST towards visit fees, Rs. 550 towards transportation charges (one way) and the actual amount for repairs can be quoted later when he inspects the AC at his service centre. To sum it up, he did nothing during his visit and asked us to pay for these amounts. Extremely unprofessional services. Do not deal with these people, they are fraudsters.

we did Samsung Air Conditioner installation. Technician Ram Chauhan ,Mahesh did job well. But owner should provide staff with identity card for customer safety and security.

Tecnician polite and service centre best good

Worst service from this service centre. Few days ago I have to remove my split ac, for the same I Called to the service centre they sent there guyz who are Unprofessional they bent our copper pipe which goes to the unit and without our knowing they gave us fake bill and move away. I request people not to trust this Enterprises....
