Satish and his team (special mention Sameer) are very polite and customer centric. Though this was a tough job involving shifting of AC between two premises (uninstallation/installation) as well as repairing the non-functional external unit of Panasonic inverter AC, the team had been patiently handling the job, trying to solve the malfunction untill they finally succeeded in identifying the root cause of the glitch.
