Avoid ABM Cooling solutions at all costs.. Purchased an air conditioner 3 weeks ago, and it stopped working. Customer service is a joke - they keep saying 'service staff will come today/tomorrow' but no one shows up. Multiple calls, same empty promises. Worst service, Regret buying.

These guys doesn't even know what is customer service. I really doubt whether they have a customer service. We have chosen them install air conditioning in our office, Most of the machines stopped working in three weeks. Now looking for another company or the manufacture to see if they can get someone to fix. We have been waiting over two weeks for someone to fix the issues not even a response to phone calls, always on false promise. When i tried to reach the owner who can only gave false promise to the situation. Such a shame blue star use them as a dealer. Killing the brand.

Excellent service. I have purchased 4 split air conditioners from ABM, they have delivered and installed all of them perfectly. Even there post purchase services are excellent.

They are not even deserving 2 star. Very bad experience. Unprofessional service personnel attended against our complaint. Without rectifying the complaint, they were charged huge attending fees. Not recommended.
