Worst service ,my ac has been in their service centre for past 4 months to get the compressor replaced .The office never pick any call .I request others to look for other service centres.Bijo has been telling me that I would get my ac repaired in the coming week for the past 2 months .Pls get it repaired soon

Worst ever experience from Telecalling department of star cool, Kalamassery. When we called them for an installation a lady from telecalling department behavied in a rude manner, they even concern about customer request and customer satisfaction. From our side we strongly request other customer , don't prefer these type of service for your ac installation.

they are absolutely fraudulent, they charge 1 ton ac gas recharging fee comes 3600. 1 kg R32 gas price comes 1100 only. this is reality

I have utilized the services of Star Cool AC twice (one was few years ago and one was recently) and I found their services good on both instances. Yes, few times my phone calls were unanswered. But at other times, the phone calls were answered immediately. The owner, Mr. Bijo was cooperative. The technicians are well experienced and did their jobs well.

Worst customer service. The area manager and staff do not respond over call. If they pick up the call, they simply tell lies that your AC will be repaired by an engineer. Engineer/Technician will never come. It is better to approach consumer court if your appliance is under warranty. Never buy a VOLTAS product. Go for LG, Bluestar or Daiken, at least they respond and address the problem in time.

worst service . The technicians are not puntual and they called us for the service and we told them to come between 11:30AM or 12:00AM and they just came 10 am. we are not able to reach at that time so thats the reason we told them come the above time then the technicians complaint us for delay and they where so extremely rude to us .(Sreeraj Harikumar)

Worst service for air conditioner. They have done faulty fitting that resulted gas leak and coil issues in my brand new air conditioner. Even after 4 repairs in 8 months. The manager Jacob George is an irresponsible person and never take accountability of the work done by their untrained engineers. Their other staff incharge Jijo Abraham is a fraudulent person who deliberately keeps service requests pending while his service engineers are doing other private companies and AC repairs.
