Just Call (AC & Water purifier Repair and Service | AC Installation in Sodepur | Hindmotor | Seoraphuli | Konnagar | Kolkata)

Very poor experience. The service technician Samir Saha, who handles water purifier repair and service, showed extremely unprofessional behavior. After my AMC was completed, he kept giving excuses for the next scheduled service and repeatedly delayed it without any proper communication. This kind of attitude reflects badly on the company. Worst service experience so far.

I did not find 0 to give rating for this company. Absolutely careless and fraud people with full of false promises, never comes on time. It takes 3 to 4 days every time to get a resolution for your essential services. While enrolling for the service they promise entire world to you, never ever enroll for their services.

It is a fraud company. The people are cheaters. They take money for AMC in advance and then do not give service. On taking they use abusive and filthy language. Please do not engage with them .My AMC was from May 2022 to May 2023 but at the time of asking for service, they refuse to attend and on asking for refund of money they use filthy and abusive language. Please do not engage them .They are totally fraud people. Most absurd staff. I have been cheated and warn others not to get into their trap.

Fraud company took 8000rs from me for AC repair and when it's fixed it's work for 7 days and then same problem occur they took Pcb board and came back after 7 days after repair but still same problem occurs again taken Pcb board and comes after 7 days same problem and they said its working in there office when they have tested and more over the person name Niladri rudra he is cheat he said today we will deliver tomorrow we will deliver and then day after tomorrow like that no commitment from his end. Don't call them for repairing AC else your Money will be gone and moreover there is a receptionist name susmita ghosh she doesn't know how to speak she cut the call when ever I called

Terrifying experience. I felt that none of the person working at JUST CALL have the basic knowledge of AC repairing. Mr. Nilu Rudra is a gem of a character. I would request people at large to stay away from JUST CALL. or else your AC and you yourself would be in doldrums, as I am now. Just Call in the name of Nilu Rudra has befooled me ever since I came in contact with him through online in the month of April 2023, and today 13.07.2023 he has pressed the final nails on my 1.5 ton LG AC He and his team has destroyed the entire unit of my LG AC during the course of 4 months. Mr. Nilu Rudra please tell me what I will do with my damage AC.Are you going to replace with the identical ones...

Wish I could provide 0 star. They dont provide you service after charging money unless you buy parts from them with 3x price of its original value. They are unprofessional, service guy is rude! Stay away from them at any cost.

They destroyed my water purifier. And now refusing to provide service unless we buy overpriced parts from them. Stay away from them at any cost.
