I've brought a 1.5 Ton AC from Godrej and after that TR Services provide me the compulsory free services by their Technician. Their behaviour and cooperation is really very good in nature. I'm very much satisfied.

Please don't use their services. Sumit Naiya , a staff of theirs promises a date and tells that technician will call for AC installation but the technician never calls. The receptionalist is rude as if the AC was a gift from their company. Tushar Adhya and Jayanti - they will never pick up your call. I bought a Godrej AC from flipkart, and registered a call for installation on 20th April. Its 26th April and still nobody has come. I had raised a complaint with Godrej , still no response from them. Bunch of unprofessional folks!

Excellent service and good beheber

Worst service. The receptionalist does't know how to respond. He keeps on delaying the installation. Poorest of poor. Godrej should stop using their services.

Technicians are good but the receptionist or the call Center executive was very rude and doesn’t have any idea about the service updates and unprofessional as well, will never use their services
