Repairgroup - AC Repair Service Kolkata West Bengal India

Service excelent, im very glad due ti service, subhendu,,,,

I had availed their service a couple of months back. The technician provided by them replaced my faulty part. He tested my washing machine and it was working fine. But just the day after my machine showed error and my clothes were not rinsing. I repeatedly followed up with them to send the technician and check the product. But they never sent anyone. I feel cheated. Please do not harass your customer and cheat them. I feel my hard earned money has gone to waste availing their service. Honestly never avail any repair service from this place.

My Hitachi AC good service and cooling okay Thankyou repairgroup

Your technician are very good. They solved the problem smoothly.

destroyed my front load washing machine with their repair

IFB front load washing Machine is not working and getting an error light. My door lock is not working and I have called the repair group and they have visited and changed it for 3500 rs. I have checked in YouTube it is an issue with lock they have informed me issue with lock and chip. They have replaced it both after replacing I have same issue. customer care and technician are saying from last 5 days they are coming to visit my place. It is the worst experience with repair group. We have other too while they have replaced and it seems to me they are fraud and they cheat the customer. I’ll never recommend it. If you don’t trust me find the office. Today I have tried many way and lastly find the person who know the repair group. And he help me to contact the repair group and expecting called me. It seems total fraud and he has mentioned that he has app. Everything is fraud.

Was facing an issue with my sharp tv. Engineer came to my place and suggested to change some parts. Taken my TV and after 5days, after repairing the same, returned back the tv. The engineer asked me to pay to him directly via Gpay or cheque instead of paying to the company directly. When I denied, he was pretty annoyed.
