The Service Mart

I was searching for an important Parts for my Electrolux Microwave but was unable to get it in the Market and then I looked for the same online via Google and came across The Service Mart. I contacted them via Whatsapp and requested for a quote for the same. I am very satisfied with their Fast and Honest Service.They delivered the product in couple of hours alongwith a Technician Mr. Sulab Kanti Shakhary. I highly recommend them moving forward!!!

Very Poor and Misleading Service Extremely disappointing experience with The Service Mart. The team lacks basic knowledge and professionalism. Information provided was misleading, and there was no clarity or accountability at any stage. Money was taken without delivering the promised level of service, and follow-ups were either ignored or handled casually. The overall approach felt unethical and irresponsible. I strongly advise others to stay away and choose a more transparent and competent service provider.

Worst customer service ever. Said yes to my services and provided an installation date and time. Contractor kept cancelling the appointment last minute and kept pushing the installation date. I took time off and kept waiting for them. They provided no update. I finally had to talk to another Installer to get the job done after days of unnecessary delays. The point of contact Danish has no sense of commitment and rough languages has no control over his own people. Stay away from this company if you want to stay sane. Thank you

We had a leakage issue for our whirlpool double door refrigerator....Very quick service and technician Mirza has explained about the issue very well and done a good job....
