Very very worst service i had. First they mistakenly hole it on switch box. not even seal it property. there answer is no white cement. and gas volue not close properly. he knowns clearly this mistake is ours. but now he asking me the amount for gas refilling. no basic knowledge in Air-conditioning. Just installation they will take 6 hrs. 2nd sep again same complaint And his speech is very rude. He is completely unfit person for this occasion.

Service & Response very fast, But I cheated About Gas top up & Service also not professional, My A/C affected only about water leakage, cooling very good, only dust blocked, But the staffs say the gas level too low, If the gas level is low, can’t get the cool, Everyone to book service from the Air Cool service Point, Don’t accept to top up gas, Really cheating, I don’t want recommend to anyone, Very worst service and Cheated me also, Broked my Air Conditioner Cover

My Airconditioner started giving trouble like frequent tripping. When I called this service, without any delay same day service technician visited my spot and located the problem in the board level. Thanks to Mr Vivek, the service personnel who took the board and rectified the problem for prompt service. Now the a/c is working well. Cost also is economical. Had given washing machine for service as it had a termite infestation via outlet hose. The duo were prompt and professional in their work and lifted the washing machine to their service spot for comprehensive cleaning. The machine was bought back the next day, as good as new in working condition.
