Very bad experience with this service provider. They are doing GST malpractice – charging 28% GST but not providing proper bills. Despite repeated requests, no invoice was given, which is a clear violation. I have already raised a formal complaint with Voltas about this issue. My next step is to lodge an official complaint with the GST Department regarding tax evasion.
