Additional update 12-10-2024 - They keep calling you about AMC (So far 4 times in 8 months) related thing even when you mention to put the phone number in no call list. The person calling has no idea of previous customer history and says can we take your order, even when you mention we don't use your services anymore. New update on 19-01-2024 - We had faced multiple issues with this company, and we are an AMC holder. AC is not working and they don't care for followup and most importantly 6 months ago, the original AC fan leaf broke after many years, and they charged Rs.2500+500 service charge to install a new fan leaf and that fan has now broken down in 6 months...the leaf they changed looked duplicate when it was installed itself and we checked and they said this is a good leaf though there was no cover or brand name when they showed the new leaf. When we checked in the market they are saying the best price for the leaf would be under Rs.1000 for high quality leaf and not this poor quality one. Now that the leaf is broken, Ambigai is trying to charge again to install new leaf to install their substandard leaf. Their support team people laugh when as a customer you share your grievance. People like Kowsalya, Anitha in their customer support is pretty much useless in giving support. The owner then calls us and tells us why we are speaking loudly when we ask him about his company poor service. If you want to not just lose money, but also peace of mind then consider buying here, if not I am sure there will be better places to buy A.C. If there was a way to give multiple negative reviews, I would happily do! Highly disappointed with this company. Old Update 2022- There is a lack of communication among their service team, technician, and other people. Just to come for service, they keep calling, but if you call for some issue they give different answers or say they have no idea.

Worst ever service. The products which you buy from this Ambigai Air Conditioners will get fault always. Hope they are selling duplicate products, but not sure. In 2 years, i have called for A/C service many times, charged high for every visit, but they didn't solve the issue permanently. Worst behavior by the owner & staffs. When the owner itself behaves bad & speaks foul, and so the employees too. Am not the only person to give negative feedback. Plz check some other reviews too. Many hidden charges & explaining later, Charging high too. AMC customers only will be handled in respectful manner, all others are handled showing lack of care for consequences. I have a Personal Experience. Sure Ambigai Air Conditioners will be cursed by many for their Worst service, behavior & for their Money greediness. Pls don't buy anything from this Shop. My best advice for them is, earn money only in truthful ways, do your service discipline, sure you will be paid properly & get reviews positively.

Very very worst company. We've bought AC here and asked them to send technician for installation. They didn't send technicians for 10 days and the AC was simply kept in my home for 10 days. For service also, they said that they'll send technician. But, they didn't send for 20 days. When we are calling, they are not at all responding. Even after responded, after hearing our name, they cut the call. So, don't buy here anything from this fraud company. If you buy something here, you'll be placed under mental pressure and they won't listen to your words after buying here. There are so many good companies in Madurai. I've not seen this type of services. Such a worst company "ambigai airconditioners".

The store doesn’t deserve a star. Worst product, worst owner and worst employees.They take responsibility of 1 year free service from the product company and provide us very worst customer service.Everyone is rude. So please don’t buy here. It’s waste of money and time.we got a Carier A/c it’s stopped working within a week. When we got back to them the owner’s response was "Sales is done so we cannot take any responsibility "to fix it.so beware of this store.

Ambigai AC conditioning - very Very bad service. Please don’t purchase AC in this showroom. They won’t respond properly after sales. Worst service centre. While buying they will show more interest and on warranty period they avoid your call. Overall worst AC showroom and Service in Madurai.

Very very worst company ever. They will sell old ac instead of new ac. And also their services are too bad. Knowingly they r cut the other connections of the parts. If u go to the company definitely u will get mental pressure. So plss don't go to this fraudulent company.

I brought Blue star AC but they send demage or used piece they're cheating me . I went directly to the office,but they're not proper response . Mrs. Anitha sales person who has pseudologist. please don't go ambigai airconditioner
