I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. Your staff repeatedly provides incorrect information about vehicle parts and falsely claims that components not covered under warranty need replacement—even when they are perfectly fine. In fact, genuine and working parts are unnecessarily replaced, and customers are misled into paying for services that should not be charged. Every time I visit, I’m told about new issues and service charges, most of which seem unjustified. This is highly unprofessional and feels like intentional fraud. As a customer, I expect honest advice, transparency, and quality service. I request immediate action and a proper resolution.

The worst service centre I seen in Mathura really they are not pickuping calls and they are not giving any type of service literally they irritated me I have done more than 10 calls but they don't reply anyone call because of them my Sunday gone very bad I just wait them show according to me they are very worst service centre

Very good service

Horrible service. They changed the heater of our refrigerator to increase the bill even though there was nothing wrong with it. Replaced it with a local part which burst within a week.

Great experience, Professional AC installation, and their team was polite, efficient, and very helpful.
