I usually don’t write reviews, but this time I need to warn others. I had called Prashant to repair my Samsung 10kg top-load washing machine after seeing his positive reviews online. The machine’s issue was simple – it was washing but the dryer drum was not working. When he came (alone), he spoke very sweetly and made me trust him. But instead of careful repair, he started hammering inside the machine to deal with the gearbox. During this, he actually damaged the drum. He then left, saying he would bring parts, and only came back after 20+ phone calls and 2 days, this time with another person. Right after his so-called repair, when we switched on the machine that evening, it started leaking from behind. On opening the back panel, I found a screwdriver-sized hole and cracks in the drum – clear damage caused during his first visit. Because of this careless work, my washing machine has now become completely useless. I even spent ₹2000+ on M-seal and adhesives trying to save it, but nothing worked. Finally, I am left with no option but to throw it away and buy a new one. This experience has been extremely frustrating and costly. His sweet talk hides the reality of his poor and unprofessional work. ⚠️ If you value your appliance and money, stay away from this service provider.

I had a very disappointing experience with a technician for my Samsung 10kg fully automatic washing machine. The problem was that during drying, the motor was running but the drum wasn’t spinning, though it worked fine while washing. I called this technician to fix it, and while he did attempt the repair, he ended up making a hole in the drum. He never informed us about it. When we used the machine, water started leaking. We tried contacting him, but he stopped answering our calls. Only when we used a different number did he pick up and come to check. At that time, he claimed he had never seen such an issue before and said he would return—but he never came back. On top of that, the issue he "fixed" stopped working again. My advice: always be present when technicians are working on your appliance. In my case, instead of solving the problem, he made it worse. This was an awful experience, and I would never recommend this technician. I trusted his ratings, but now I realize many reviews can be fake.

The compressor in our fridge stopped working, and all the repair technicians were quoting prices between 5000 to 6000. However, Prashant provided excellent service at a very reasonable rate.

He doesn't have proper knowledge of fridge and because of his poor work, my fridge got so damaged and in return he doesn't pick phone nor visit again. And when I called another technician for repair, he insisted that it's of no use because of the previous repair work done and better buy a new one. It's a genuine review from my side and friends pls go for a proper technician whose having shop or a good reference.

I recently had an issue with my AC; the panel wasn’t responding. Initially, I thought it might be a short circuit, but the technician informed me that it was a panel issue. He quickly replaced it, providing great service right at my doorstep. I highly recommend this technician for AC and washing machine repairs!
