Voltas Ac Service Centre

Dear voltas service center if you all are not capable for giving direct service to us please stop selling your ac…. You all are sending third party for service and they all are always asking for extra money then what is the meaning of this three free service for one year and what is the meaning for your AMC NOW in virar west you all are registered with kishika cooling solution I attached his id card also technician name umang s mistry he called there office they ask for 1000rs for making proper service otherwise he will only come and he will check and he will clean only filter which we can also clean This company is saying sir why you all are doing amc they will not cover anything take our amc we will take care and all this is what they are doing and for that we are facing all this problems Please it’s request from Voltas dnt underestimate Ratan tata sir name

These weird agents at this customer care centre are sitting to entertain you only when you call them for paid service. I wish there was a negative rating for such places. Ill mannered people sitting to take care of customers at Voltas AC Service Centre. Have no sense of talking only.

Very poor...absolute poor service.. We bought new AC and for cost cutting now it doesn't come with plug, water pipe etc which customer needs to buy separately

They are the Worst people to get connected to. They only make a fool out of you...they just visit to take the visiting charges and do not provide any service furthur...no reverts to any phone calls or messages...they will receive your call and then disconnect it...no clear communication is given on any query....

One of the most unresponsive, unprofessional guys when it comes to installation and service. They lack proper knowledge and skills. Good if you install from a known third party.

I would never recommend anyone to buy a Voltas AC because the service is slow and non responsive. I called up a Service Person today and he was so rude with my father. He's delaying the whole process

They only cheat you of your money. when you call them back, they never come back
