I waited for 3 months to write this . Now it’s high time. Horrible company n service of hi tech aircon Borivali West Their salesperson harsh Mavani is a fraud n company is fraud as they delivered old ac n till date they have not changed it inspite of pursuing from last 3 months. The fittings of other AC is bad as all wires are visible. Atleast 30-40 calls had happened and every time they promise and make excuses but AC is still the same. They took contract in Oberoi sky city borivali residential complex n till now even nobody turned up for servicing of other AC. The piece installed are either old or assembled with LG company logo. Don’t know as how people can praise this company which do not have any ethics n are highly unprofessional

He was prompt in sending his technician for a pre-installation check, as well as guiding and advising which aircon to purchase.
