If I had a option to not give a one star also, then I would had not given. Their one of the employee named Shivam, came to us and asked us to take AC service, he did half of the work and then he said I have to purchase gas, so he took advance from us .. for gas as well as for future services. So all over total he took 2000 from us. And there after he stopped receiving our calls and did not came the next day for servicing and repairs and also he blocked all our phone numbers and when i called that lady and another number given on bill, that lady said i am the employee i dont know anything and that contact which is on bill that guy said its not my company i dont know. That means this all company is running in a fraud way. They show the ids they take the advance and run away. Who knows how many times and with how many people they must have did this. This comment will be there in future or not I don't know because definitely ownerr will delete to save his image. But I am going to sue you guys thats final. 2000 is not the big amount but this fraud can be happend with many people so have to take action on it. We trusted shivam n ur company but in return u treated us this way. So now I will make sure how u people should be treated.
