This review is not based on their service but for their process. I had called them asking for a technician to repair Microwave oven. They told me they'll be charging 350rs as service charge. Technician visited and told whole touch based board needs to be changed which costs 2950rs including their service charge. I thought instead of getting it repaired with little extra amount I can buy a new one and told them I don't want it. But they told me I have to pay 350rs services charges. So I paid them. So my only concern here is without providing any service they charged 350rs instead they could have charged may be 100rs as visiting charges. I understand there is value for their time and effort. But charging 350rs just for visiting is not fair. They should have atleast told me in the beginning that if they visit our place i will need to pay full amount of the service charge if they don't do anything. I hope they change their process or atleast my review will help others so they don't fall for this trap.
