Extremally Worst, disappointing service experienced with these people. I have given my washing machine to repair few months back they they took and said it will be done in 3-4 days, time went more that I kept follow-up no responses aaj kal aaj kal neither they haven't informed me how much it will be charged. after few weeks they told me it will cost you 5000+ that, where as clearly I had requested that I want to give this machine to someone else so its possible than only if its repairable in less collect. I god agree to pay that too they made the late so i had to pay for the tempo for the transportation, i made a bad review against it, after delivery they said please remove the review, being polite i removed that too understanding that mistake happens. They promised me that any sort of not working will be treated without additional. My maching is not been woking from last almost 2 months 2 weeks back a guy came to check i dont know what he checked and said that motor kharab hai, he took and came after 2 weeks with new motor now saying gear kahrb hai. and then he is like you will have to pay more for that when i asked if it was the gear issue why did you took motor then he did not had any answers. I called a guy from LG company he said sir gear ko thokha hai kisi ne, i dont know gara banana nahi aata to kyu kisi ko bhajne ka and its not about money its about ethis. forcing people to put good review, then one should ready to accept the criticism of that unprofessional, pathetic service experienced so far. I would suggest all of you better going to these people go on LG website and ask them for repair product bhi original milega aur service bhi.
