Cool n cool air conditioner

I bought a Daikin AC from this shop owned by Azeem who seems very cunning. After I made the payment he immediately told me I had to pay ₹1500 for installation and ₹1000 for a wall stand. I explained that I wanted to place the AC’s outdoor unit on the terrace because there’s a water pipeline on my wall so the stand is useless to me. The owner insisted I had to buy the stand or the installation wouldn’t happen and I wouldn’t get the warranty. I paid the amount but when I grew suspicious I spoke to my AC technician, customer care and another authorized dealer about the stand. They all confirmed the owner was lying. The next day I demanded a refund for the stand. After much insistence he refunded both the stand’s ₹1000 and the installation’s ₹1500 but said, "Get the installation done by the company’s technician I won’t be responsible if the AC gets damaged." The installation fee is 1450 and the stand costs 850 but he was charging me an extra 150+50=200 rupees. It’s clear this owner is only interested in cheating customers out of money. He’s a complete fraud.
