Worst service provided and very unprofessional technician hired. Purchased a brand new LG washing machine recently from LG Store and got this service provider's contact for the installation process.. It took about 3 days to get in contact with the service provider. Then the technician said that he will send a representative for installation in 3-4 days. After contacting them again they said the technician will visit for the installation. Now it's been more than a week already and they have stopped receiving our phone call. Well known brands like LG should not give their authorised service centre to such unprofessional people.. No option for giving a negative star rating hence giving 1 star rating. Highly disappointed...

There is no option for negative rating otherwise would have given that. They are master in fooling around customers and false promises regarding refrigerator service.

Very bad experience with services from Neha Refrigeration. If there were negative rating I also prefer that one. They provide me a service after 20 days nearly. No proper communication, they talk very rudely. Refrigeration cooling problem comes after 10 days again. No one is responsible to take care about problem.

Very very bad n poor service from this customer care service provider , if u go there u have to wt for to many days n again u have to paid the price , they don't take ur query seriously if u have led or tv ,they take u seriously when ur product value r big , I kindky request Google platform is ther anything u can do PLZZ tell lg India service about this service centre , Thanking You

Worst service i have ever seen , never pick up phones , i suggest everyone to dont buy LG products go for another brand

Worst Service! He took 3 months to get my AC fixed. He is so irresponsible. So rude with customers.
