⚠️ My Experience with Himalaya Cooling Solutions--A Total Scam! Feb 2025: We moved from Hyderabad to Narasaraopet. Mar 2025: I found their contact on Google and called them for Godrej A/C installation. The owner and his junior came, installed it, and charged around ₹1,600–₹1,700. Jun 2025: The cooling dropped drastically. I called them again, this time, the owner said he was busy and sent his trainees instead. They diagnosed it as "coolant over," claimed there was a leak in the outdoor unit, said they fixed it, and charged ₹3,000 (after quoting ₹4,000). Just 2 days later, the A/C again stopped cooling. I called them repeatedly, after a few days, the same juniors came again, tested with nitrogen, and confidently declared that the indoor unit coil was damaged and that I should replace the entire coil (which would cost several thousand rupees). That’s when I got suspicious. I asked them to repair it for free since they were the ones who installed it. They flatly refused. June - 2025: I finally lost patience and called the Godrej Authorized Service Center. They took both indoor and outdoor units for a detailed inspection. After 2 days, their report: No leaks in either unit. Everything was perfectly fine. I called the Himalaya Cooling Solutions owner and told him this. He argued that the Godrej service team was wrong, and promised to refund ₹3,000 if the A/C worked fine for 2 weeks. July 2025: After 3 weeks of flawless performance, I called him to inform the same, but now he stopped answering my calls. It’s been months since then, and the A/C has been running perfectly ever since the Godrej team serviced it. Final Verdict: Himalaya Cooling Solutions = Zero knowledge + Zero accountability + 100% fraud. They send untrained people, misdiagnose issues, and loot money from trusting customers. So please, never fall for these outside service providers. Always go to the authorized service centers, they’re trained, transparent, and most importantly, trustworthy.

They don't answer your calls. Very lazy and not suitable for this job.After 2 days of calls they refused to do the ac shifting and asked me choose other services. Totally time waste.
