One of the worst, most incompetent service providers I’ve ever come across. I booked them for a simple AC servicing — and what followed was nothing short of a nightmare. The technician they sent couldn’t even open the front flap properly. In his reckless attempt, he forced it open and broke the internal gear. Instead of fixing the issue on the spot, they took the unit away, promising a quick repair or replacement. What happened next? Four weeks of endless follow-ups, countless calls, and zero accountability. When they finally came back, it was with the same broken piece, now stuck together with glue — no replacement, no apology. And to make things worse, the same careless person broke it again while reinstalling. Then, they just walked away, leaving the unit damaged and non-functional. It’s blazing hot, my kids are suffering, and these people couldn’t care less. This is not just poor service — it’s gross negligence. These people have no basic skills, forget about handling repairs. It feels like they’re running a clown show, not a service business. ⚠️ Do yourself a favor — stay far away from this pathetic excuse of a service provider (DYNAMO AC Service, Panvel). If they can’t even open an AC unit without breaking it, imagine what they’ll do with actual servicing or repairs.

Very bad service engineer name Avneesh Yadav talks very rudely also after installation AC doesn't work's properly . And if u call them they charge u again for their fault. And any part which can be ordered nd changed easily they will take ur part and charge u with unexpected higher rates. Highly not recommended at all. They don't take responsibility for their fault and this Avneesh Yadav is not a proper trained eng as he calls his senior to find the fault in AC

Very bad after service A C not proper working like water leakege than 4 or 5 days after gas leakege. When you complain, you will have to pay Rs 2850 for filling the gas.It is said that the agency is not responsible for this.
