When I had issue with my LG washing machine with PE and FE error, I logged complaint to LG customer care. Before they visited I went through the you tube to understand the basic idea behind the error code and it was clear to me that it was related to pressure switch only... The LG guy visited, he first told pressure switch problem then replaced it with false pressure switch, then told PLC problem..so toatally he told sir around Rs. 6000 has to be spent...I asked him to leave as we are also engineers and understand the things...then randomly I got the repair world number and a very genuine technician Mr. Nasir visited, he told me the real issue which was pressure switch only not PLC...everything done in Rs. 1500 including the service charges...great...keep up the motive to serve genuinely to client... thanks..
