Extremely disappointed with Verma Refrigeration Repair Centre in Jwalaheri. I got my Whirlpool fridge repaired by this guy who clearly has zero knowledge about refrigerators. He took 2-3 hours just to diagnose the issue, and in the end, all he did was fill the gas and charged me ₹2500 for it. Within a week, the fridge stopped working again! When I called him back, he failed to properly diagnose the real issue and was completely clueless. On top of that, his customer service is pathetic. He zones out, gives vague answers, and doesn’t take any responsibility for his work. I asked him if there’s any warranty for the repair – no clear reply, no follow-up, no solution. Just took the money and disappeared. Honestly, a useless service center. Save your time, money, and peace of mind – avoid this place at all costs.

Low GRADE service, just 1 month before got the split AC gas refilled in a just 2 year old AC and it got leaked within a month and VERMA AC is not taking responsibility and saying get it done again and pay the charges again. BAD EXPERIENCE, won’t recommend anyone these kind of service provider who do not take responsibility.

Verma Refrigeration lead by Raj bhai is a top quality AC repair/installation team. They are a very polite and professional group of people. The quality of their AC is very good. The price is also affordable and Raj bhai also has a good heart. I highly recommend using their services.
