The worst service I have ever seen...... It has been past 50 days I requested for service....they came and took blower for replacing..... Many time I called them...they were like tomorrow or day after tomorrow.....but till now no response..... they did even update me till now about this...wen I tired calling yesterday they simply said it's not possible to get the item....RAM the person who is in service sectiono irresponsible reply & arguing with customers for nothing........close your services center blue star and sleep.......

i should share this because i have been searching for a good products in Nizamabad for my home my parents or staying there. they haven't know about ACs so i searched online if any one can take care about it, by that time i came through this agency i called them got the information and ordered a AC they fixed it. very best service they have given for me Thanks satya agencies

I have purchased 2Tsplit AC with 3star power rating which was worth full in terms of product functionality. Service in the store was satisfactory, if any from or around Nizamabad want to get AC's I heartly suggest the enterprise.

They don't come on time which they give. I want my A.C to be checked once n they r saying from last 4 days they will come and v r still wai . Worlds poor service provider I can say. We haven't gone to our business for them because they said that they will b on time . Third class service

Service was pathetic with authorised service centre.... They don't know nothing.. Bluestar might be good if service is not good then why we go for that..

Best in service and proper response. good products in the market. most important faster service in the market.
