FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD people. On August month we called him and they filled the gas in window ac and taken 2500 amount. But after 1 day cool air is not coming from AC and he denied to come. Also on call he giving excuses. Till now he not reached to check again. Everytime giving excuses. Please don't take service from him.

Bharath cool point mr rashid and his team is excellent. They have been supporting us in all AC installation fittings, removal during our shifting of houses in sector 116 and in helping in..filling up gas...and AC servicing at less price and good quality regularly...

I was their old customer and their service used to be good but the way they treated me this time, I am not happy at all. Their services have been degraded significantly. I had gas leakage issue with my split AC. They agreed to fix it in 2300 rupees and technician asked 800 more during the repairing stating he would do complete repairing so that there won’t be any issue in future but we agreed in 400. However, gas was leaked within 10 days when complaint, they took 2 days to visit and new technician came and took the AC with them and took another 2 days to respond. First, they said that it would take 7000 rupees to repair the AC when I denied and asked to return my AC. They took another day and said they did some workaround and came to installed my AC. Asked for 3500 rupees but we agreed on 2800. After they left, AC worked for 30 minutes only when I called back they came and said, it would take 7000 rupees to repair. I mean what the hell. I could have purchased new AC. They also agreed to buy my old AC in 5000 rupees which they denied later and stopped picking calls. In short, they took my money, wasted so many days and I still have non -working AC with me which they no longer want to buy.

This is a completely fake shop . They do not have any certificate or any experience in ac service . These are just a group of local people working together . The made a mess of my brand new AC . This is a humble request to everyone to avoid them .

Very good service and quite impressed with the responsiveness of Mr. Rashid. The price was bit high but in total I am happy with the quality of work that has been done. If any issue comes to my home appliances, I know the right person to reach out. Thanks.
