I recently had my LG AC repaired by Farook and his assistant . From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and efficient. They explained the problem in detail and I appreciated their honesty and professionalism throughout the service. The repair itself was completed swiftly and effectively, restoring my AC to perfect working condition. Furthermore, their customer service was exceptional. They were courteous, attentive, and addressed all of my concerns with patience and expertise. I felt valued as a customer, and it's evident that they prioritize customer satisfaction above all else. I have contacted them two different times. The first was for servicing my AC, which had a small issue and they had to take the inside unit to their shop to clean. The technician knew the job and was very good. But they took an insanely long time to bring back the inside unit. They didn't keep the time they promised and changed the delivery time multiple times. The job they did was good, but it was painstakingly slow and can't trust their timelines. I had contacted them again some months later, and they told they will send a technician but didn't and they wasted a whole day of mine as I was waiting for them. I don't trust them anymore

Response to service request was very quick. Fault identification was quick. Very polite staff.They know the stuff. I request from next time it would be better if they brief the customer at the initial or after fault identification,so that no last minute surprises arise.

Best AC technicians in Palakkad, service was very professional and precise, everything was well coordinated and planned, they bring all the necessary equipments and spares necessary for the service and repair. Totally recommended

Pathetic service . I called them For servicing my AC . They came and cleaned and serviced however after the service water started dripping from AC .before that AC was working properly Called multiple times and they did nt come . Such a pathetic service . Be careful to take their service
