Had a good experience with this team. Well technicians too. My Led tv was not working properly so I just contacted unique service. Within hours their technician contacted me and cleared the problem within 2 days. Now tv is working perfectly.

I had a very disappointing experience with this service team. I gave them my microwave for repair, and they initially promised to return it within 2 days. However, they kept it for an entire week with no proper updates or communication. When they finally returned it, they charged the full service fee but handed back a microwave that was still not working properly. Their service quality, professionalism, and commitment to timelines were all very poor. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone based on my experience. It felt like they were more interested in collecting payment than actually fixing the issue.

Unique service centre exceeded my expectation when it came to repairing my Siemens washing machine ( made in Germany). The repair was done in a cost effective manner and whole process was done in a professional manner.

Very bad service, my washing machine board was taken away for service, approximately for a month. During the period l have contacted and replied that same will deliver soon. But inpite of repeated cotacts they will not able to sevice and received money without any effective service
