No knowledge at all. I called him last year to take a look at my split AC as it was not cooling. After inspection he told that the AC's life is over and you should buy a new one. This year I was going to purchase a new AC but thought of showing it to another technician just to be sure. The other technician repaired it and it is working perfectly.
