Now the shop is completely online. They have closed there physical presence. Technician is knowledgeable and helpful. However there visiting charges are INR200. He changed two parts. And i feel total charges could have been lesser. Fees is on higher side. Except this point all good. Thank you

I followed up with the repair person for three day. Everytime he gave me time to visit and never came. After three days they told me that they will not be able to repair my washing machine. I had already given my washing machine details at first time so if it was not possible they should have told me in the beginning instead of wasting my time.
