I have purchase one o general 1.2 14Agst 5* model from this shop After 2 days person come for installation and when he open outdoor unit I found no Ac coper pipe inside and no electric cable inside Which provided by company and when you unbox it It's must be inside with outdoor unit box That guy try lots to convince me that it's not his fault and finally he aske me to return Ac I returned it but that guy not ready to pay transportation both time I have to pay transportation to refund my Ac amount So I m not suggest to any one to buy anything from this shop because I have very very bad experience Or if you buy anything then make sure you are geting genuine and original company products and accessory.
