Service was really disappointing. I raised multiple tickets, but no one showed up to check the AC. Voltas needs to review this agency’s performance.
Worst service provider, it’s bad luck that we don’t have any other option. I got new AC installed 10-12 days back and it has a leakage issue. Already I have complained to customer care and service provider and it’s been 7 days they don’t visit to fix. They mention 15 mins me aa rha , 30 mins me aa rha and they don’t visit. Kindly check with seller if they are going to appoint Milind electronics for services.
