I have been running after these people from past 3 months for an AC. Only good thing is you call 10 times, they will come. But absolutely terrible experience. They have made my Samsung AC a piece of junk. Earlier it was not making any noise and now its making terrible noise. Also they are unable to identify leakage since last 3 months. For 1 AC, if you need to do 100 follow ups, you can imagine the level of service they provide. Absolutely disgusting. Also after taking money multiple times, they are still unable to repair and blaming that I have not paid money. As if they are doing social service. Absolutely pathetic service and pathetic people.
