I had to bad experience with other service person. I was searching for a service center with better review in Google and found this Aircon Owner gav his consulatation over phone and professional. As promised he sent a service person same day ( Sunday 4 pm ). Service representative abubakar is very knowledgeable and very genuine person. He changed capacitor and wiring . He waited for 30 mins and found wires were having issues and fixed again Now ac is working. These guys are high professionals . Please work with these guys.

Best service and installation. Abbas worked professionally. They have installed mitsubishi heavy duty 2.2 ton ac in hall.

I contacted Alpha Aircon service in 2019 and did installation since then 2024 till today my AC is running perfectly without any problem again today 17/04/2024 I have done general service and gas charging again Thank you very much Alpha Aircon service.

Contacted them when a freak incident in my outdoor unit caused the fan leaves to melt and break. After two weeks of contacting Daikin customer service contacted Alpha aircon. He was very receptive and patient about my issue. Within 24 hours found a replacement motor and Sithik came and replaced the motor and went above and beyond in fixing all the related issues in the scorching sun. Extremely satisfied and thankful to them for my sleep. Would highly recommend them over Daikin service Centers in the city.
