Blue Star AC Service

I'm struggling to get their service it's so frustrating, I've been contacting them several times with no proper response it's been 5 months since they said a technician would come and solve the issue he is still coming and his phone is always busy. I don't know what to do now to sit and cry or go to the consumer court. I don't know how few people gave 5 star I think they ask their own employees to put a review. Please don't buy anything from Bluestar, you will not be happy with the money you spend.

Avoid bluestar if don't want to waste your money and time.
