Terrible AC Service – Complete Waste of Money! Absolutely the worst AC service ever! I have had two services done, spent ₹15,000+, and still, the same water leakage issue persists. They filled gas twice in just 15 days, yet the problem remains unsolved. Their response is pathetic—no proper follow-up, no accountability, just excuses! I regret choosing them and would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this service provider. Total waste of time and money!

One of the worst customer service centre in Salem. Zero Customer Care. Their staff has very Poor knowledge about AC repair and service and will only do service for sake of closing calls. Many times they close call asking OTP saying someone will come and no one shows up for days. Will never suggest to get service done from them. Extremely Unprofessional

One of the worst customer service I have ever seen. For AC service of Panasonic, we contacted almost 7 to 8 times. They have not even attended the call even after 15 days. Without attending they have closed the call. Panasonic also not taken it serious. Overall worst service.
