I have a blue star AC and got their number from blue star’s website. Had the worst experience ever. I had called them because my AC was leaking water. The technician came checked and said there is no problem. It should be excess ice forming and it won’t happen again. They did general service got paid and asked me to call them if it leaked again. It started leaking again the same day and when I tried calling the technician he did not attend my call. Tried reaching him for a week but got no response. Then called their owner and told him everything. The owner sent another technician and that guy did the same thing. Started ignoring my calls. Then when I called the owner again the owner stopped taking my calls! All this took 3 Weeks and I got no response from anyone and my AC did not get fixed. So I hired another agency to do the job and the problem was fixed within a day. If there was an option to give 0 stars I would have given it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

Worst Service Ever! This company provides absolutely terrible service. Their response is useless, and the installation was faulty. If you’re considering using their service, be prepared to hire a lawyer because you’ll likely need one. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company at all costs! This company doesn’t even deserve one star.

Very very worst response we purchased 1.5 ton bluestar Ac before 2 month now compressor issue for past 45 days no response no service support from Raj cool care not attending calls. Very very worst response In salem area people don't buy blue star because you won't get service support.

Even that one star should not be given. After service, if asked for bill copy no one is responding, neither the technician not the shop. Absolutely worst customer service. Even after n number of calls no response from either side. No company or organization should ask for service from this shop. WORST EXPERIENCE OVERALL

Worst experience. The blue star company plz review this place this is waste. I was trying to call to but no answer. The customer care even they couldn't connect them. What the day. Even customer care they didn't attend call

They told me that they'll send a technician to check my AC but they never came even after 2 days and when I called them again they didn't pick my call and sometimes they outright declined my call. Don't waste your time with them. They are the worst you could find out there.
