Very professional and excellent service. I had difficulty with the neighborhood when moved to new location...and the neighbors didn't allow me to install outdoor unit, their logic being they will have their AC unit to be installed just below our unit and AC cooling would reduce...even though earlier tenant put his AC unit in same place. Tried our best to convince and gave up installation at that place worried about further arguments. So, the master technician Banerjee, suggested he would hang it to window sun shade...and for that too the neighbors raised concerns saying it will not stay. But I said now it's nine of their as it's not near their place at all and asked to proceed with this solution. And Mr.Benerjee took this as a challenge and installed the out door unit as a hanging one to sun shade. Though even I was worried whether the AC unit may fall down while installing, Mr.Benerjee successfully installed the unit. And now it's about a year and it's still good though I sometimes wonder how it hangs like that. Great job!!!!! Highly skilled and experienced technicians and all credit goes to Mr.Benerjee. I learned that he has experience of industrial cooling system and he has AC dealership...and not just a technician. I will surely look for more services from comfort systems.
