Non experienced technicians...poor working experiences... low grade staffs... non skilled service providers... disgusting experience.... To repair an AC they took more than 12 hours... and all the work went in vain... they just spoiled our complete one working day. 8-9 technicians came to give the service but non of their service worked out. They visited our place even at night without any authorized identification card... we felt security issues...we were 3 aged persons at home among whom one is fully bed ridden. Please don't work with them at all...

I don't how they have managed to get so many positive reviews inspite of being so pathetic and arrogant in terms of serving a customer. I tried booking for a TV service , at first the shop keeper sounded real enthusiastic and responsive on his approach and eventually he passed on my number to the TV specialist, after that a series of disaster started taking place. Having apoken with the TV guy associated with this service centre,I have shared all the documents and upon asking when exactly would he be coming, he promptly replied as soon as possible. That "soon" never happened in real and after an hour they started hanging up my calls and so is the service centre. Being a business man the entire day of mine was wasted due to their false commitment. Today also I tried and warned them about a sinister of a review, but he remained indifferent on his approach and he said he simply didn't care about reviews.

They asked an exorbitant price for replacement of AC capacitor. Trying to loot the customers. Dont fall for their prices . Little high is understandable but 600% increase in the market/ product price is too much. I Searched online and other AC repairs vendors for the market value. Highly dissapointed. Beware of their money robbing tactics.

The reviews are from their own people. Worst people in any kind of business. They will just keep increasing their price half way in their service when you will have no other option then to pay.
