Worst ever service received in my entire life. The employees were very very rude . They feel like they are the owners of LG company while they are talking with the customers and are very unprofessional.My 43 inch LG tv got damaged with in 2 months of purchase and they didn’t provide me the warranty and in return asked us to bare the expenses of repair. Their way of communication is very degraded.sitting in a service center as an employee without minimum patience is useless and not going to help customers. Now regretting my purchase of tv from LG because of these so called service center employees. They literally shouting at customers instead of providing the information.

Worst service here. Items are retained for more than 2 months due to lack of spare parts. LG company does not seem to provide spares at all. The reception is not at all courteous and very harsh in handling queries. Better to stop purchasing LG products as the after sales service is pathetic.

LG is one of the Top brand Electronics in the world. I love LG products. Lg provides the Electronic items with Richest quality. But Worst service by lg service center srikakulam. I paid advance for lg tv 43 inches wall mount & it is available in their store. They told me that they will send the item with their technician for installation with in 1 hour, . The whole day i waited for him. If im calling them they are giving silly answers & not responding well. I took leave for my office for installation purpose. The whole day was spoiled. They sent technician on nextday. Worst experience to me. So, people i suggest you Plz choose proper & good service centers available in the town before you buying any brand items in market

Sevice is good but replacement services are too late... It has been over 50days they took for getting my monitor screen replaced ... Even though it is under warranty

Worst service and they fool customers with false pricing. I even raised a customer grievance on them for their false pricing schemes
