4.5 stars for the AC, 1 star for Vaadi Aircon, please read the full review as I have edited it after the issues and using it for 1 year. I purchased a Daikin 1.5 Ton Hot and Cold Ac from this store on 9th of August 2023. After installation I was checking the quality of installation and noticed 5 bolts on the outdoor unit were loose that I had to tighten myself with a spanner (not the reason though why I am giving this business a 1 star). Then I noticed the Ac remote holder was missing so I called them and Mr Wahid (the owner) asked me to come to the outlet and he will give me one, which they did but the remote didn't fit in that holder so it was useless. Then in October 2023 I started using the heat function on the unit and the outdoor unit was making loud noise for the first 15 to 20 minutes before the noise would go back to normal. I called the store and notified Mr Wahid about the issue on 26th of October 2023 and also sent him an audio recording of the loud noises coming from the unit on WhatsApp. Mr Wahid said that he will send someone to check it within the next couple of days but no one came. After a few days I called him back to check why he had not sent someone to get this issue fixed but he wouldn't answer my calls. It's 21st of November today so almost a month since I raised this issue but nothing has been done by Mr Wahid to rectify this problem or even call me back, also to my surprise I noticed today that he still to this date has not heard the audio recording I sent him of the outdoor unit's loud noise. Furthermore, for the past few days I noticed the unit would stop itself a few minutes after I turn the heat function on and in order to make it work again I have to turn the Ac off, wait and then turn it back on again. So you can gather I am pretty disappointed with this Ac and a lot more disappointed with the after sales service of Vaadi Aircon. The only reason I purchased from Vaadi Aircon was that I assumed it's a Daikin outlet so they will provide better after sales service if I ever need it otherwise there was another store near Shaheed gunj that I skipped where the price was 700Rs cheaper for the same unit than Vaadi Aircon. Now I will be lodging a complaint with the Diaken company itself and I am hoping they will sort out these issues for me. Edit:- After lodging a complaint with Diakin they sent a couple of men (installers) in just a few days to check the issues with my AC and fixed them. The reason for both the issues were the previous installers sent by Vaadi Aircon that didn't follow the correct procedure of Installation, the massive noises and vibrations coming out of the unit outside were because they didn't use rubber dampeners under the outside unit where it bolts on to the metal stand and futhermore these new installers tightened something up inside the outside unit as well that got rid of the other issue. It's been almost a year now and the AC has had no issues at all and has performed excellent in both Summers as well as winters. I would highly recommend this hot and cold Daikin AC but make sure you get the right professional installers. If I buy this AC again I will call the Daikin company itself and request them to send the installers, preferably the ones they sent to fix the issues (Gowher and his helper), not the installers from Vaadi Aircon. 4.5 stars for the Daikin AC but still 1 star for Vaadi Aircon.

Very poor service. From last sevev days asking fr service. Very unfortunate they are not tespinding. My suggestions not to buy thisproduct.
