Beyond pathetic experience. Kept me waiting for an entire week saying he will come tomorrow for sure every other day. Beyond terrible service, hopefully no one else has to ho through them. If you can’t provide any service, don’t bother providing false promises.

I Purchased a used watching machine from them. He offered me 3 year is guaranty working but with in a week it was complained .They took the complaint and didn't give any response . After that when we call they don't attent the calls and messages. Very bad customer service.❌

Purchased used watching machine and fridge from them . During delivery itself fridge was damaged . And in a week complaint araised . They took the complaint and didnt give any responce . After that when we call they dont attent . Think twice before approaching this people

I purchased one used fridge and washing machine from ziya.. within one month washing machine got complaint.. i contacted them and they enquired about the complaint.. after that no response from them.. I tried calling them 1 week and nobody answered.. very bad service
