I got negetive experience from him. They charged1300rs for repair one part of samsung convection. And it's stop working in 2.5 month. Then I replaced that OG part for rs 1200. Earlier I ask him to replace with og part they said is costing more than 4500, do the repair it will work long last... I am disappointed.

This is a late review post by me. I had availed their service in April 2022. Mr. Pillai is technically very sound. Our 9 year old front loading LG washing machine had stopped working due to some noise in the drum. I had lost all hopes of repairing it as it appeared to me, it would make more sense to buy a new one, but Mr. Pillai helped fix the issue in 3 days as promised. Aside to the repair, he also changed the gasket for free plus painted the washing machine wherever it had developed scratches. I highly recommend their repair center.
